Simpson's madness about getting surgical implants is not newfound. The singer has already spent a whopping $130,000 on plastic surgery this year alone. And this includes odd jobs like lip plumping, boob and nose jobs, as well as operations to soften her jawline and reduce the size of her chin. Good Lord you might say!

And now she wants to shape her butt which apparently she has never ben proud of. "Ashlee has always hated her butt. She thinks it's flat.
